Help please

Hi Cathe,

I absolutely love your workout videos. They have helped me make a huge difference in how I look and feel. Thank you! I have purchased every video tape you have made, with the exception of your newest releases and I plan to order those soon. The reason I need your help is this: I bought the XPRESS workout series and it's fabulous. I use those tapes every week. Unfortunately, I dropped the shoulders tape and it broke. I know that you don't sell the videos in that series separately, but is there any way you could bend the rules a little and allow me to purchase just the shoulders one??? Please???

You just have to send the broken tape back along with a check for $6 and we will replace it. Make sure to enlose a note with your ship to address.
 
If you don't want to wait for snail mail, you can take it to a video store with another tape with an intact case (assuming it's only the case that's broken) and they can just switch the contents out. I've had it done and it's really simple I'm told.
