I am an intermediate in cardio and strength. Want to lose 30 pounds. I have the following cathe workouts. Please help me with a rotation. I can work 60-90 minutes everyday and would like to split my workouts morning and evening. I can use walking and other intermediate workouts for hi/lo cardio.
