Help in designing a good workout

I don't know where to turn. I do the PS workout 2 days a week now.Friday I do chest/shoulders in the am and legs/abs in the pm with no aerobics.Sat. I do biceps/back.Sunday is just aerobics so I begin weight training mondays with chest/shoulder workout utilizing dumbells. By the time friday is here I have had enough rest to heal my muscles for another PS workout. I would like to use the other days to increase muscle size and I don't have access to a vcr to do the tapes so I must design a workout using dumbells exclusively for these days. I am overweight by 50 lbs so to keep my weightloss steady I do aerobic exercise 5 days a week for 1/2 hour at 70% max. heartrate. I have significant muscle size under a layer of fat so diet information is helpful too.Is there a website or someplace to help me design a good workout. I live in a small town so access to a personal trainer is not likely. Thanks for any info.
