Have to share what my kids said Cathe

My children are now 4 and 6. Two years ago when I'd do my Cathe workouts they'd ask if you (Cathe) liked my workout room as they felt that if we could see you then you could see us. The fact that I talk in response to your comments when I workout could also have fostered their belief.
I showed my scrapbook of last summer's roadtrip to my daughter yesterday. After seeing a picture of me with you, her comment was "Cathe is real?!" I find it fascinating that at some point you had become imaginary to them.

P.S. My daughter does a very interesting version with the stability ball when I do pikes. She bounces on the ball up into handstands. She's in her first year of gymnastics.
