I have all your tapes and I also have a gym membership. My question is would it be a good rotation for cardio to do your tapes 1 week then the gym the next, your tapes again,...and so on..? At the gym I do 3 step classes and 2 circuit classes (a mixture of kickboxing, running and weights).
