i recently purchased and completed the gym styles and am planning to do a month of them. i just wanted to say thank you, what fantastic workouts! all of your are great, and i really enjoy them. i am continually impressed by your creativity and variety. so a big thanks for keeping me motivated and interested and focused.

I am doing my first Cathe rotation, which is the one from April 07. I've only done Gym Styles Legs so far since I just started, but it was great! Chest and Tri is tonight. I'm looking forward to it! I was looking for a change in my workout routine and I think this rotation is going to be the answer.
