Greater strength on one side of body

Hi! When doing the concentration curls this morning on PS BBA, I feel that I can do a lot more reps with the weight I'm using on my right arm, but I can't finish all the reps with this same weight on my left arm.
Should I use different weights for each arm?
How does my increased R arm strength affect barbell curls?

Hi Danielle!

You are not alone. Many people have a dominant side. If it is something that you really want to work on changing though, you can lift with dumbells more so than a barbell so that your dominant arm cannot compensate for the weaker arm while sharing the workload. Also, if you do not want one arm to be a bit stronger, than you can decrease the weight of the dominant arm to match that of the weaker arm(using dumbells). However, usually these strength differences are pretty subtle "physically speaking" and rarely even noticeable "visibly speaking".
