Form question

Hi Cathe! I have fallen in love with the GS series, and they've worked wonders for me! I do have a question, though.

Bent over underhand rows: I have taken these out of the back portion, because I just can't find a position that does not strain my back. Too much strain, I guess. Is there another exercise to hit the lower blades in my back? I thought about trying these on an incline bench - to give my back extra support.

I would love any input I can get!

Hi Melimcn! You can do one arm rows with one leg kneeling on the bench for back support. This will hit all the same muscles as barbell rows except for your lower spine (since you have greatly reduced its participation due to kneeling with one foot). To make up for that, continue to include supermans as a regular part of your back training to keep your core strong and help keep your posture perfect :7
