Hi Cathe,

Are the fitness balls in your Cathe Gear smaller than the traditional medicine balls?

I want to order one if they are the smaller version.

The balls are standard size from the others that are out there.

These balls below (offered invarious weights) are your classic size and they are hard/firm with an optional handle:

These balls below are soft and have a lot of give. You can press your fingertips into them about 3/4 deep. They are much smaller in size than the balls above. Especially the lighter ones (2, 3 and 5 lbs).

Does anyone know which type of ball (fitness or medicine) would be better for Cathe's chest exercise in Muscle Endurance and the weighted core workouts? I'd buy one when I have extra cash lying around, but not sure which kind is suitable.
