After years of use, two of my DVDs are starting to skip. What's recommended for this?? Is there a guarantee on the DVDs?

Anytime a DVD starts to skip the first thing you want to do is clean it and see if the problem persist. The next you want to do is to try the DVD on another player. This will help to determine if the problem is the DVD or the DVD player's lens that is starting to go bad or needs cleaning. If you still have an issue just contact customer service.
