DILEMMA pt.2/compromise

Hi, my original post of today 10/05/01 was DILEMMA... and I asked the question: "if I weight train (M.I.S.) 3 days/week (mon, wed, fri), then on my cardio only days, tue & thur, is it okay to do a cardio/weights mix, such as a Firm type video on those cardio days as long as I keep the weights light?

well~is this an acceptable compromise....
suppose I do the cardio/weights mix (Firm video) before my weights on mon, wed, fri? Is that okay? I always do a 45-60min cardio tape anyway before my weights workout (M.I.S.), so can I do the Firm cardio w/light weights before M.I.S. and just do the regular cardio (non weights-kickboxing or floor) on tue & thur?
Is this cool~ or still an overload to the muscles?
