Default Difference between Afterburn and Cardio Supersets

Hi Cathe and everybody!
I have a question about these two workouts: I know that Afterburn is classified as a low impact HIIT workout, but I find it very similar to Cardio supersets. So my question is: does Cardio Supersets provide the same after-burn benefits or the intensity is too low to grant the long- burning effect?
And next come this question: let's say someone at and intermediate level would tackle Cardio Supersets, could it be considered a HIIT workout in this case, as this person would perceive it as extremely challenging?

Near as I can tell, the only difference between the two is that Cardio SuperSets is shorter! (thankfully!).
