Hi Cathe,
love the new workouts. I would like to rotate decline bench presses with the incline press on the gym style workout. What level decline would you recommend that I start with ? Thanks.
 
bump...I am thinking of lowering the top of the step (where my head is) by 1 riser with respect to the bottom of the step. Hers Muscle recommeneded adding decline presses in with bench presses. Wondering if you thought this was a good idea and if the decline level described above is a good one to start with. Thanks
 
Just in case Cathe doesn't get to this... I lower mines by 1 or 2 risers. I'd recomend just trying it with different amounts of decline to see whats feels comfortable. I do flies and presses on the decline. I started this exercise when I seen it in Joyce Vedral's Fast Forward; and it really makes a difference!
