Cathe, I tried doing the cycle max dvd on a traditional upright stationary bike. I found it almost impossible to keep most of the weight on my legs when getting out of the saddle and I have a very strong lower body. Is it possible to safely do this spin workout on this type of bike??

To do Cycle Max the way it has been designed you really need to use a Spin bike. Though we have many different types of bikes at our gym, we only use spin bikes for this type of a workout.
