Ditto!!!! I salute you for your excellent staff ( Nancy is sooo lovely)! And you guys should have seen my face bewildered with amazement when I received my dvds last week: they arrived in less than 2 weeks from US to Italy, sent on the 24th and travelled fast despite the Holidays season...
 I wish I had posted this last week but had some troubles with the adsl  so really many thanks to Chiara for starting this thread!!!
