CTX is the perfect program for me

Hi Cathe,

I wanted to thank you for providing us with the CTX Series. The shorter cardio portions are perfect for me. My cardio endurance has improved 100% since I started the CTX rotation 4 weeks ago. I was really tired when I first started doing them. This week, I raised my step from 6" to 8". My legs certainly felt the change but my perceived exertion was fine. I wish these tapes came out earlier as it's been 2 years since I felt this good.

Thank you, Cathe, for your excellent workouts. They really do wonders to one's self-esteem, fitness, strength, and overall self improvement.
