Cross-Trainers MIS parts?

Hi Cathe,
I love the rotation you recommended last week which combined the 6-pack with the PS series to hit each body part twice per week. I was wondering if, in the interest of time, I could do the same thing except using MIS segments instead of the PS tapes? For example, on the day that you suggested doing Power Circuit + PS CST.....could I instead do Power Circuit + MIS chest, shoulders & triceps segments only? This would shorten up the workout time-wise, but still hit each muscle group twice per week.

Any comments?

Hi Debbie! I say go for it and give it a try for about 6 weeks. After 6 weeks you should be able to get a feel as to whether or not this is going to be enough. If it ends up giving you your desired results then you just saved yourself some precious time :). If not, well then there is always the PS option, right?
