Counterproductive cardio

Hi Cathe,

I read somewhere that doing more than 60 mins of cardio is counterproductive and may result in muscle loss instead of burning fat. Is this true ???
By the way nice dodge on the body fat question. I was also dying to know. Would you say what the measurement was the last time you did it ... even if it was 7 yrs ago..:) :) please:) :)
