Hi Cathe -
I love all the new tapes! So much fun. I just finished Kickbox Xpress, and I've got a question about concentration curls. I wasn't very comfortable on my knee - I felt really wobbly, and I couldn't "concentrate" (ha ha). If I do the concentration curls using a bench, would that be as effective? Can you recommend another position for this exercise? Thanks! |

I loved your little pun! Funny!
Sure, go ahead and do them on the bench. They are just as effective that way. I'll be honest with you, I prefer them on the bench too(which is the way we did them in the PS series). But for this particular workout I wanted to show another option so that you wouldn't have to pull your bench or step out for this one exercise. |
