Circuit or high step - daily?

The weekend went so fast that I forgot to ask Cathe - is it okay to do curcuit or high step everyday in that you're not really over taxing a particular muscle group? I've been doing the lifting, alternating between muscle groups and that's giving me strength and underlying definition, but I'd like to take about 6 weeks and really focus on fat loss to bring out the definition more. Can you do those circuits everyday? Thanks to anyone who can give me some input.
