Totally agree, Cathe!! I am on a high-impact/step hyatis from a knee/hip thing and soooo miss your workouts So do my knee and hip! (okay- maybe not as much!) LOL!!! I MISS YOU and your spunky personality--- doing mostly upper body for now!!! I should be released soon.... which workout first?? My PT and Doc will help in this decsion. NOT putting any of that weight back darnit! See you soon!
