Cathe- stability ball tough..but love it!!

Hi Cathe! Just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE PUB and PLB... they are soooo fun and effective! The stability ball adds a great challenge, and I had a blast! I nearly kicked the ball into my dining room when I was doing the left/right toe tap and then partial crunch...but hey now I tap light!! I previewed the tapes the night before and practiced some of the trickier stability ball moves. That did help me a lot with my workout. I still looked like a goof trying to balance one foot on the ball in the plank work, but I am looking forward to working on that. I never realized how the stability ball utilizes SOOO many muscles just to balance on it! What a great addition to your workouts!!! Thank you for continuing to introduce us to the most innovative and effective exercise methods...it's so much fun, plus it's a great motivator!!!
