hi Cathe,
Please advise,I have a not so nice rear end meaning right at the top of your glutes its more of a wide roll and I find when I do squats that this makes it appear higher almost as if its part of
my back. Is it possible that squats could make this area spread and mishapen it was never nice to begin with but its too much for me to look at. What's your opinion? I really would like this area to shrink overall take the girth away- I have leaner legs but don't know what to do to fix this area.
