What weight fly wheel do you reccomend for spin bikes? I am confused on this. I have ssen them from 29 pounds and up... Thanks

That's really a matter of personal preference and also depends on the spin bike. It's best to ask other riders on this forum for input on the bikes they have purchased to find the best deal and the best bike for you.
