Hi there,

I am just wandering if I need to purchase a new resistance band for the coming workouts. I already have a medium tension band/tube but it is one of the ones with handles. In the pictures from 'butts and guts' the bands look completely different to the one I have in that they are flat and without handles. Will my one work in the same way?

I second that question. And what type of resistance? Light, med, heavy or all three?

We use a medium tension 6ft long green Dynaband. You only want to use the band, not tubing.

www.fwonline.com is a good source for the dynabands Cathe uses (as well as another type of band that is also 6 feet long, but latex free, and longer lasting).
