I just viewed the Chest and Shoulders sections and have this question for you:

What do you think about using the S&H tapes for my trouble spots and PS for my OK spots? For instance, my chest and back are very developed right now, and I don't feel I need that much work on them. I was considering using the S&H technique for biceps, triceps, shoulders and legs, and PS for chest and back. OR, is it best to go S&H on everything and not mix and match?

Time is a real issue for me, and I want to be smart about my training. If it don't need more work, I don't want to do it!!!!
