I love what the Pyramid series does for me. Question - would I get even better results doing PUB and PLB twice a week or is that too much of a good thing? TIA

Hi Julie! If you are getting good results now then stick with them one time a week until your results slow down. Then add it in a second time per week, every other week to start, and then eventually every week. After that, go to a new rotation for a while. Keep up the great work!
