Smile Cathe, I could use your advice...

Hi Cathe,
I purchased your new Low Impact Workouts and I have a few others. I am unsure how to rotate them. I need something that is beginner/intermediate level. I have been working out 5-6 (45 min approx.) days a week since mid August trying to lose weight and it seems that nothing is working. I have Lupus and I always tend to be fairly tired and worn out easily. I really want to get down to a healthy weight. Right now I am at 169 and I'm 5'4". I watch what I eat and completely cut out iced tea and soda back in August which I used to drink daily. Do you have any suggestions on a rotation. I know the one you initially put out in Nov for the LIS was hard for me to keep up with. I also have Low Impact Circuit, Basic Step & Body Fusion, Low Max, and Butts & Guts. If you would have any suggestions how to rotate these, it would be great. Thank you so much

Hi there! You might want to check out Fitness Freak's rotations on the rotation forum. She includes a generic training breakdown (cardio, upper body, circuits, etc) with them for if you don't have certain videos. That way you can have a plan for what to focus on each day with what you have in your video collection. Also, if you're feeling overwhelmed or exhausted by the workout schedule, some folks have great results by training two or three days and then one day off; then training two days and one day off. Sometimes I do that when I'm feeling worn down. It makes a difference for me. Good luck!
