Cathe Endurance Vs Strength

Hi Cathe

Need some help. I use to work out with a persaonal training at a gym but I loved the group classes and she told me to do those only once a week because they were more endurance focused and to build strength I needed to do thefloor and use the equipment.

so my questions is:

I want to loose about 10lbs so I know I need cardio and for this I was going to use the treadmill and your KPC DVD which I love:eek:)

I also want to loose some inched but become more toned and look nice in bathing suit and tank top for next summer. So waht would you recommend? Muscle Max, Pyramids or no of these.
