I am sorry if you have asked this before, I tried searching the archives but could not find it. I was wondering what your daily diet is like. Just curious.
Hi Kathy! I don't get heavily into discussing diets on the forums because it many times takes things to a level that goes beyond my scope of expertise. But to answer you briefly, I try to eat a balanced diet with a variety of different foods to give my body a variety of nutrients. I eat enough to meet the needs of my energy level and I try to eat ALL types of foods in moderation. I don't believe in completely excluding particular foods from my diet because they may have been labled fattening(unless I simply don't care for it) and I don't eat a super strict measured out type diet either.
