Cathe, ? about Jan. Rotation.

Hey Cathe,
I really want to do this rotation. I don't have some of the workouts. What could I sub for MIC, CTX, MIS, Body Max, and Leaner Legs?
I have all the rest on DVD with the exception of RS (I just got it on vhs). Could I sub a premix of something? I was thinking L&G Extreme would work for Leaner Legs. What do you think? Any other ideas?

I am not cathe but i think MIS can be substitute with PUB, LL with 30 minutes of L & G , MIC with the cardio premix of bootcamp three times and a premix of SB, body max with the upper body premix in ME and 30 miutes of RS,CTX upper body with PH or ME and ctx kickbox with 30 minutes of CK or a KPC premix.Hope this helps.
