Cardio Question

My question is, how many minutes of cardio should I do per week, and how should I split up the minutes, for example 30 minutes 6 times per week, or 60 minutes three times per week. I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I finished the firm's 90 day rotation calender about three weeks ago, and I just started with the PS tapes last week. I would like to do both upper body PS tapes twice per week and the legs tape once. For cardio, I do Power Max and run(5.5 mph w/ 6.5 mph intervals). I also feel that my legs are getting a bit bulky yet still have fat on them. Could you help me with a rotation? I love your tapes, and am looking forward to the new series, thank so much! KC
