I read an article in the new Womens Sports & Fitness magazine (w/ Gabby Reece on the cover) that you should do 2 40 min cardio sessions and 1 60 min cardio session, plus 2 strength sessions. Is this accurate? Or can it be broken up?
I also read that in order to really lose weight, you need to do 60 min cardio sessions which seems like a lot. Any comments?
