Hi Cathe,

I am by no means new to exercise, but I find myself tripping over my own feet trying to catch up and get some of the combinations. I like high intensity, low impact workouts. I bought Low Max, which, once I figure out the steps, is great. Any other suggestions for either carido or interval workouts where I won't tangle my feet up so bad I fall of the step? I also have Cardio and weights workout where I will try to catch the moves today. Thanks.

KPC (Kick, Punch and Crunch) can be made completely low impact with some modifications. In general, Kickboxing can be very intense while stll being low impact (though KM is not!).
