cardio after weights -- ? about growth hormone

Hi Cathe

I recently read that doing cardio before weights inhibits the production of growth hormone (or "GH," which is necessary both to build muscle and release fat). In fact, according to Muscle and Fitness magazine, research shows that GH levels are three times lower after working out when cardio is done first.

My question is -- is this true? I have all of your workouts (except your most recent beginner series), and I love them all! However, the format of your circuits is to do cardio first. Is there a particular advantage to working out in this order? I thought that, before I decide to switch the order of cardio/weights in my workouts, I'd ask the "expert"! :D

Thanks in advance for your reply!
