Boot Camp & Muscle Endurance

Hi there,
Not Cathe but here ya go: (p.s. this was taken from Cathe's website--just look under the DVD section and choose this one and it lists the time).

Boot Camp Format: warm-up (5 1/2 min.), eight cycles of cardio, lower body, upper body, core (51 min.), stretch (1 1/2 min.) Total = 58 min.

Muscle Endurance Format: warm-up (6 min.), weight training (45 min.), Abs (9 1/2 min.), stretch (4 min.) Total = 64 1/2 min.
 
Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't even see that! :eek::confused:

Honestly, I'm not sure where to find the premix breakdowns. :( Hopefully someone here will have them!
 
I got the premix times from the Cathe Compendium. Lainiefig has the compendium at: http://web.mac.com/lainiefig/FitnessFig/Tools_files/CompendiumMasterV1-2008.doc if you want to download it.

Here are the times:

Boot Camp
Lower and Upper Body 24 min
Lower Body Only 10 min
Upper Body Only 10 min
Core Only 11 min
Cardio and Lower Body 34 min
Everything But Core 48 min
Kickbox Only 7 min
Cardio Only 20 min

Muscle Endurance
Express Workout 53 min
Upper Body Split 44 min
Leg Press 7 min
Lower Body Split 39 min
