Is there a specific workout series/rotation that can be suggested for reshaping my entire body? (of course with proper nutrition for weight loss). I don't have, nor am I wanting to acquire STS at this time. I have MOST (but not all) of Cathe's other workouts (as well as KCM, Beachbody, Firm, Gilad, etc, etc, etc. ha). I'm high intermediate, but don't have a problem using her advanced workouts and modifying.
