body fat

Cathe,
I am 22 and my body fat percentage is currently 16. I read that for my age 12 to 15 is the most fit range. I would like to get my percentage down to 13. I currently workout with your DVDs six days a week doing two circuit workouts, one total body workout, and three days of cardio with one of those days being an interval workout, I alternate this routine with a week of four days strength training and two cardio days, one of those being an interval workout. I don't eat very much fat at all. What can I do to get my body fat down a little lower?
