Best workouts for 'slimming' my bottom half

I am a bit disproportioned in that I am pear-shaped. What are the best CATHE workouts that will slim down my the area above my knees and below my belly button ? I am not looking to build muscle bulk. Just slimming/narrowing of that area.

Leaner Legs has done nice things for my lower half. Do that workout once a week WITH a combination of interval workouts, kickboxing, lots of walking lunges and a super clean diet (with tons and tons of water)...and you are bound to see results.

Personally, I've found that a consistently clean diet is truly the key to slimming that entire area. It's really hard to do, but that is what works.
