Best Rotation for Fat Loss?

Ok Cathe I posted this in the Video Rotation fourm but didn't get much response, so I thought I would ask you directly. What is...in your opinion, this best Cathe rotation for fat loss with a little weight training?

Hi Kathy! I don't think I put out any rotations that don't have a fair mix of weights in them. Weight training plays a HUGE role in fat loss too. I suggest considering doing a rotation that has an even mix of both cardio and weights for best results.
