Benefits with a stability ball

I took your advice (and the others who offered their's) and recently purchased a stability ball after following Brenda's modifications and oh boy do I notice the difference.

So thanks for your advice. It is sitting sort of out of the way in my loungeroom and my two boys love sitting on it. (My husband is not impressed!!)
