Barbell weights in High Reps?

Hi, Cathe!
I notice that in the HR workout (that I'm planning to do later today), the weight for dumbells is indicated, but not for barbells. I usually use the weight you are using as a quick guideline (I usually know what moves I need to go heavier or lighter on or stay the same) and it would be helpful to have that info, please! (I'm flashing back to my first time doing Power Hour, picking up a 20# barbell for curls, then having you say you are using 15#--IIRC--and quickly stopping to switch to 12#! LOL!).
