back issues. In light of Ellen D.'s back issues (who I consider to be in somewhat shape)are you planning on addressing strengthing back muscles? I know that you always incorporate the back muscles in your programs but I think that more attention needs to be paid to this region of the body. It's a suggestion that maybe you could have DVDs devoted to the back and especially the "love handles" and other supportive muscles that are directly linked to the frame of the body. Also, I think that many of us are entering golf season. There's this undiscribable pain I get in my rotatle cuffs and traps when I hit the driving range. How can I (we) prepare for golf season.
