Hi Lisa! Yup, he told me to be brutally honest and that I was. He did play with my words in two spots. While I definitely gave him an "F" for the tap and reach warm up moves and ribbed him quite a bit, he added the part about being pathetic and a paramecium. But no harm done, the message was the same....brutally playful ;-)

I love the statement: "there's fitness and then there is Cathe fitness." I think that sums up how we feel about Cathe and her workouts. At least it does for me!
