Just wanted to say thanks to you, I am 43 and in the best shape of my life! Every year I continue to get stronger and stronger from your workouts and rotations. For the first time ever, I was able to do all the drop set push-ups on my toes in the gym style workouts!!
My question is......how do I tone up the chicken flap area under the arms? Everything else looks great thanks to clean eating(what a difference that makes!) and your rotations.
