April rotation

I'm really liking this month's rotation. I've seemed to have been in a rut here in the past several months and not seeing results with no matter what I tried, but I think I've finally found what I need for results, more cardio. Doing cardio everyday seems to be the ticket for me, at least for now. How long can I stick with a rotation like this before it won't be affective anymore?
