Anyone tried Dyna-discs? Cathe?

I just read about these in Glamour magazine that they help give you more muscle for the same moves. You can use them for squats, lunges, crunches, push-ups. Has anyone tried them? Is it a gimmick? According to the magazine we can view them at www.exer-tools.com & buy them for $25. Wondering about people's opinions.

Reminds me of my wobble board

Since you have to use your core stabalization muscles to balance when standing on one of these things, I imagine you would see an extra bit of results.
