For anyone, ? about working out twice a day...

I was thinking about doing an hour weight training workout tomorrow morning and then in the afternoon doing a cardio workout. Would this be okay? I am a little pressed for time this week and wanted to fit in all my workouts. Thank you in advance.

Yes, I believe this is okay. I recently was done with a rotation that had me doing 2 a days about 3 days a week. It's not something you want to do every day however! By the end of the rotation I was feeling a little burnt out and am glad to now be down to one a day!;-) Susan
 
Twice a week I take a spinning class at the gym for my cardio after work. I strength train on the same days in the morning before work. As long as I listen to my body, get enough rest and of course fuel my body properly then this schedule works great for me.
