Hi, this all really depends on what your goals are. Generally speaking doing 3 to 5 cardiovascular workouts per week, two total body weight workouts per week, and one stretch workout per week are a great way to get/keep fit and healthy!
 
I'll make a stab at this.....when I do a Cathe tape I try to really jump as high as she does, like on the Power 15's and 7's. For the kickbox tapes, I really try to punch hard, and kick hard. You'll find that you'll be working harder if you do that. In other words, don't just go through the motions to get through the tape, give it your all. http://plaudersmilies.de/happy/xyxthumbs.gif
