abs on fitball

Does anyone use the fitball to work their abs? I think thats what it;s called.I read somewhere on the internet that it works the abs better.I bought one today for $14.00 at walmart.If one of you ladies have, do you know of a good workout tape?

I really like the living arts tapes. I also use the yoga zone big ball workout tapes. I'm not much for the cardio tape but the strength training tape is good. I see that Karen Voight has a new ball workout tape out now called BLT. I'm waiting for it to come out on DVD before I get it. Anyway I'd just look at the reviews for these tapes on video fitness because one person isn't really a good indicator. Have fun I think they are really great and I hope Cathe makes a tape using on some day.
